Paul was awarded a BS in Architecture, and a Certificate in Environmental Management and Energy Management from New York Institute of Technology. With more than 25 years of deep industry experience in coordinating and managing high-end residential construction projects across Long Island, NY, Paul’s most recent positions prior to founding AS REQUIRED INC. include positions as the Window and Door Manager at an East End Building Supply business, and as Manager of an Architectural Glass business in the Hamptons. Additionally, he is a past President of the Long Island Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
